Going to keep it short and sweet (like myself).
I’ve not been on my blog that much because I’ve been unwell physically and mentally and I couldn’t bring great content out when I just wasn’t well so please forgive me.
I wanted to revamp my blog as I just feel like it needs a revamp. I’m still going to be a mental health blogger and raise as much awareness I can for mental health charities as that’s in my heart and no one will stop me from doing that not even mental illness or physical illness.
I want to talk about mental illness, fitness, lifestyle, beauty and adulthood.
I have a new motto.
It’s Get Shit Done and it’s working well for me right now.
So, I’ve made a plan and organised my blog.
Look at me all organised. I even have a notebook for blog ideas and new content. I will upload to youtube when I can.
The Days I will be uploading are:
Mondays at 12pm – Mental Illness and Lifestyle.
Fridays at 11am – Fitness and Beauty.
Sundays at 2pm – Adulthood.
I’m rambling now, so I’ll leave you to it and enjoy a cuppa and biscuits.
