I want to mix my interests in while talking about my mental health and mental well- being.. I’ve started to get back into fashion and I want to review some clothes to help you guys to save your money if its crap.
If you guys don’t know yet, I love caps and I think I’m starting a collection with the number of caps I own.
So, I want to talk about the Primark Cap. Like oh my gosh, It was £2.50 for a cap!
I picked this up while I was looking for checked trousers! I thought it was alright for the price but I didn’t know I’d wear it as much as I have.
I’m shocked and happy. I never use to wear caps as my self-esteem was mega low due to my depression. Don’t get me wrong, I still have bad days with my body and my confidence. But, I also have good days which I love and rock my clothes.
It’s so comfy and I didn’t really expect that from a cheap cap if we’ve got to be honest. It fits my head perfectly. It fits my hair amazing. I have long hair and I didn’t want it to look silly on my head but it doesn’t. I think it’s ace for kids and teens and adults.
It’s ace for travel also if you didn’t want to wear it all day. You could put it in your car or bag.
I would recommend this because its perfectttttt! Well played Primark. I’m happy.

Mental illness isn’t going to get the last laugh. I am.

You can beat these thoughts. I believe in you. I will always be there for you even if it’s on the internet or email or even in person one day. You are loved. You are needed in this world because you are YOU. You are badass for battling mental illness daily. I care about every single one of you. You are more than enough. You don’t need to please anyone else.
