If you haven’t seen my recent fitness/ beauty/mental health/gaming/fashion/lifestyle related blog post.
Please check it out, my loves!
Hello my loves, Hi, how are ya? It’s nearly the weekend. Wooooooooo Hooooo!
Today post is about your gal Shan hitting 4 massive milestones in the second month of 2019 which I want to share with my 2nd family aka you my loves!
So, the first big milestone well it’s kinda massive for me!
I’VE ONLY GONE AND HIT 100,720 VIEWS ON THE BLOG!
I am so thankful for everyone who’s liked and commented on my blog. Especially the good and bad times due to my illnesses. I am so thankful for the support and the love I am getting and I’m slowly getting back into blogging as my hobby! Whoop Whoop!
Second milestone is:
I AM EXACTLY ONE YEAR AND ONE MONTH FROM BINGE DRINKING!
I feel blessed to be given another chance at life. I do not miss the hangovers at all. I used alcohol and other substances as a escape from my demons. It was a bad coping mechanism and also self harming. I feel happier that I use safer coping mechanisms when I am having a depressive/manic episode.
Third milestone is:
I HAVE HIT THE 10K MARK ON INSTAGRAM!
Yes your girl is so happy that I am happy for hitting that mark. It means I am helping people with my journey and that is slowly helping me also!
WE ARE A FAMILY WHO HELPS EACH OTHER IN THE DARKEST AND BRIGHTEST MOMENTS OF OUR LIVES!
Fourth milestone is:
I AM SLOWLY LEARNING TO LOVE AND ACCEPT MYSELF AND STARTING TO GET BACK INTO FITNESS WITHOUT THE OBSESSION OF LOSING WEIGHT AND COUNTING CALORIES!
This is one of my biggest challenges to date. I use to count calories and was so obsessive over my weight. I’m not perfect but who is? I’m not perfect but you know what? That’s perfect to me! I am slowly in recovery but it feels so good, I still have my bad days where my illnesses take my confidence but I am trying to win it back!
So, what are your milestones?
Till next time!
With lots of love!
Shannon Diana xx
Mental illness isn’t going to get the last laugh. I am.
I fight for my health and for other people’s health every single day in a way most people won’t understand, we aren’t lazy. We are warriors!
If you don’t feel like talking to yet, I’ll always be here and I’ll help out any way I can. You aren’t alone.

Just so you know, it’s okay not to be okay you know, even the happiest person in the universe has their bad days. You can get through this dark hole. I believe in you.
You are loved. You are worth the fight. You are more than your illnesses, you can fight this I believe in you. You are flawless. You are fabulous. You aren’t alone. You are amazing and I’m proud of you all.
You can beat these thoughts. I believe in you. I will always be there for you even if it’s on the internet or email or even in person one day. You are loved.
