Hello my loves, Hi, how are ya? No, how are you really?!

Today post is a review post! Wooooo! You know I love doing my reviews! I have a banging review coming up for ya guys!

As you all know, I’m getting back into fitness while battling with my bipolar disorder, I want to do fitness because I fully enjoy it, not because my brain tells me to lose weight.

Well, I was watching YouTube and I went on this amazing queen channel… Her channel is called GraceFitUK. She’s bloody beautiful. She’s amazing. Proper fangurling over here. Hehehehe.

Anyway.. I wanted to try some new resistance bands as I tried Amazon ones. The latex ones.. I’ll insert a picture below of it… It was latex. BIG MISTAKE. I had an allergic reaction to it. Yikes. You know me by now, I cut straight to the point. It was shit.

It just wasn’t comfortable when you are trying to do a booty workout. I paid a fiver for it. It was rank. For a beginner if you wanted to try it before going on to a quality brand. But I wouldn’t recommend it if you and latex don’t mix.

As you know on my Twitter.. If you have Twitter btw.. Follow me: @SDianaax

I love Grace! Her accent is well cute. Can I just say. I thought why not try one of her bands. I treated myself to one of her emoji bands.

My first honest opinion when I looked at it on my phone: I trust grace but I really hoped it wasn’t over hyped like other things, I didn’t want £14 to go down the drain if.

Delivery was 2 days I think, I was having my blood test on the day I got it, which made it 100000% better as I hate needles. Even though I have tattoos?!

My opinion of it when I got the band: OMG IT’S SOFT 😍 I do love the quality. It’s 100000000% better than my amazon ones, I can use it at home when I’m washing up or when I’m watching a movie. I can build the booty when I’m doing daily chores hehe! When I get back into the gym, I can also add the band into the equipment workouts.

It’s vegan which is amazing as you know I’m slowly becoming vegan. You get a free booty burners workout pdf or an e-book on an app called aflete if you purchase one of the bundles or a band on Grace’s website..

So, I’ve been using the band for a while now.. It’s fucking great. Let me just tell ya that before I get into it. The quality is amazing. It doesn’t dig in, it doesn’t make you feel uncomfortable and after a hard ass booty workout.

And yes….

I FEEEEEEEL THE BURN RIGHT NOW!

The strength of this band was extra heavy!!!

The band is worth the £14. I’m glad I brought it as I haven’t looked back on that purchase. If I’m honest, if you wanted the bands, I’d get a bundle as you’d get it cheaper and you can use any band practically every day.

If you don’t know the band to get, there is an handy info chart on the website on which band is for which stage you are in like.. Beginner is Light or medium etc.

I was so afraid that it was going to be one of those purchases, that I’d regret and it would be shit, but I was so so so wrong, I’d recommend this to everyone. I also order another band which is peach and some ankle straps so stay tuned for another buzzing review!

Till next time!

With lots of love!
