Hello, my lovely followers and readers of my blog! I hope you haven’t missed me that much!

I hope you are all okay and if you aren’t feeling ok. Just remember that’s it ok not to be ok and I hope you can get the right support you need and if you want to talk please remember that I’m here and the correct charities are here to support you!

If you haven’t seen my recent blog post please check that out.

Hello my loves, Hi, how are ya? No, how are you really?!

Today post is a haul post! But with a difference, it’s not makeup or beauty related, its food. Wooooo! You know, I love doing my hauls!

I hope you do like this blog post. I wanted to do one of these for ages but I wasn’t confident enough to go round a shop and pick up some bits and take photos of them.

I went for a little walk as my mental health has been playing up today. My intrusive thoughts have been loud and horrible so I went to my corner shop. Luckily, my local corner shop is the CO OP.

Last year.. I would have brought junk food, because I was unhappy with myself and was depressed and hated food in general but my head was telling me some cruel stuff. This year, I’m starting to love myself and the recovery journey. It has bad times but also I’ve had some bloody incredible times, which I’m very thankful and grateful for that.

As you know that I’m slowly eating vegan based products. This haul all together cost £8.30!

So let’s start this haul off..

1) Weetabix Protein ~ Chocolate Chip

I paid £3.00 for this box. I am starting to eat breakfast and I normally have toast or a bacon sarnie.. but I wanted to try something different. For 24. It’s a good price. I loved weetabix when I was a kid. So, I can’t wait to try these out.

2) Still Summer Fruits Flavoured Water

Shut the front door on this one folks. I LOVE THIS! This has to be my favourite drink. I use to drink fizzy drinks all the time. But I swapped that with this drink and I love this! It priced as 55p and I think it’s a bargain 😍 I tired a lot of summer fruits flavoured water and I disliked them all except this one! I would 1000% recommend this! 😍

3) Orange & Mango juice and Apple & Raspberry juice

If you buy the juices separate they are £1.70 but if you buy 2 together they are £3.00. You save 40p! I’ve tried the apple and raspberry before and it was bloody tasty but I never tried the orange and mango. I had a glass of the orange and mango and it was delicious! I’m happy with this purchase!

4) Alpro Soya

I’ve never tried this, so I can’t give an honest review yet. But it was on offer for a pound.

5) Nakd Cocoa Delight

This was 75p. Just like the Alpro Soya. I tried it yet but I hope it’s good as I’ve heard good reviews about it!

I hope you liked this type of post, If you do. I will continue documenting what I buy and eat and if I see any bargains.

Till next time!

With lots of love!

Shannon Diana xx
